An Architectural Masterpiece
The marketing plan to sell the Brillhart House, Miami’s equivalent of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fallingwater, was slow and circumspect. The sellers wanted a “soft launch” and a time investment was needed to prepare the marketing touchpoints. The plan included designing a logo and print brochure, website development, press strategy, and a series of private receptions. Additionally, a quiet off-market period was necessary to provide the press team time to break the “First Time on the Market” story angle. Nine news and real estate/architecture outlets published the news. After a six month soft launch, Concierge improvement and price adjustment, the Brillhart House listing went live.
